  • Training plans fit for your lifestyle and what you have access to

  • Nutrition plans/macros based on goals

  • 24/7 support from Hads via Slack messages

  • Bi-weekly community calls to continue your own education on your health journey

  • A community chat of like-minded women who are all working to achieve similar health goals - so you're not alone

  • Lab interpretation and hands on therapeutic nutrition and supplements based off results and goals

  • Monthly 1:1 Zoom calls with Hads for additional support

Premium 1:1 coaching is where the most success is seen for women as its a hands on approach.

A full plan and/or based on your goals, food preferences, equipment access, etc. This is perfect for someone who doesn't want to commit to 1:1 coaching but still would like nutrition and training guidance. There is no ongoing support with this - just a one time plan. $300 for each or $500 for both

1 Time Consultation with Hads
(lab interpretation, stuck, etc)

Ideal for those who have some labwork they want reviewed or just a general consultation of current health and general feedback - along with actionable steps to make changes to current lifestyle 

Monthly Accountability Calls

Hold yourself accountable with a monthly call with Hads - this is for those who just need someone to keep them in line and meet via zoom 1x a month to continue the push towards their health goals.
